Cement mixer liners manufactured by Pacific Alloy Casting are made of abrasion-resistant Ni-Hard, which lasts longer than any material currently available including AR steel and hard-faced overlay steel.

Ni-Hard retains its full hardness and wear resistance from the first day of operation and throughout the life of the liner.

Pacific Alloy makes genuine replacement wear parts for machines manufactured by: Besser, Cleco, Columbia, Elematic, Mixer Systems, Praschak, Rapid, Roto, Schlosser, Sicoma, Simem, Turmac/Haarup, Voeller and Wiggert.

Pacific Alloy Casting Company and the Leach family will mark 130 years of foundry operation and ownership on March 17, 2010. Patrick Leach started the first Leach family foundry in Portland Oregon on this day in 1880. (more)
