Pacific Alloy Casting Co.

Pacific Alloy Casting Co. employs a computer-controlled, state-of-the-art, heat treat furnace to guarantee exacting requirements and insure our parts meet industry specifications.

Heat treating offers a valuable, versatile method to extend the consistency and range of properties of iron and steel castings well beyond the limits of those produced in the as-cast condition.

Heat treating processes and terminology for heat treating cast irons are similar to those for steels. The heat treating processes most commonly performed on iron castings are: austenitizing, annealing, normalizing, through hardening (heating, quenching, and tempering), and stress relieving.

If you need a provider of high-quality cast iron and cast steel products, call Pacific Alloy Castings Co. at 562- 928-1387 or email sales@pacificalloy.com
