QUALITY STATEMENT

Pacific Alloy Casting Company is dedicated to the production of high quality iron and steel castings for a variety of industries. The Pacific Alloy name is synonymous with top quality castings. This is achieved by diligent control of all process variables involved in casting production from incoming raw material, through all manufacturing departments and inspection of the finished product.

We believe it is our primary responsibility is to deliver a quality product on time. Company policy is directed toward the production of castings that meet the needs of our customers in every way. It is this policy that all employees are committed too; the daily maintenance of quality and all employees are trained in the necessary practices to achieve this.

Our quality manual places the approach to quality on a formal basis and it details and documents all stages of the application of process controls, employee production activities, and illustrates our commitment to quality castings and customer satisfaction.
