Production Facility

Pacific Alloy's production facilities are state of the art. Our 2005-07 improvements to our melt & molding departments increased our capacity substantially. The addition of a new Hunter Automatic XL molding machine and a new Didion Rotary shakeout to our green sand system shows commitment to continual improvement and our response to customer’s requirements for faster deliveries, tighter tolerances, reduced costs and improved employee working conditions. These improvements emphasize the Pacific Alloy commitment to leading our segment of the foundry industry with the latest foundry innovations and equipment.
